Charles Darwin

Darwin was born in 1809. When he returned to England, after their trip on board the Beagle, he married, in 1839, with their cousin, Emma Wedgwood. Soon after they settled in Kent. There they had ten children, three of those which you died during the childhood.
Charles Robert Darwin was born in Shrewsbury, England, February 12 1809. It was the fifth son of a wealthy family; he studied Medicine and Theology, and he never needed to work.
In 1831, the young Darwin had the opportunity to travel in the ship HMS Beagle like naturalistic without pay, to undertake a scientific expedition around the world. In that trip, Darwin picked up numerous data on the plants and the animals that he found in all the places where the Beagle stopped. In the islands Tortoises, located in front of the coast of Ecuador, in South America, Darwin observed that each island had its own turtle species, of mockingbird and of chaffinch. The species of each island were a little different to those of the other ones. Darwin, then, began to wonder if some relationship could exist among those species so similar.
Result of this great trip ago to know to the world like The theory of the natural selection.
In 1859, he wrote a called work The origin of the species by means of the natural selection.
This great one scientific he died April 19/1882.

    I admired all scientists specialy those who had him investigation and had life social, for example they had her family.
    I didn´t know than Charles Darwin was married and he had 10 children.

Charles Darwin was a great man, he contributed to the human knoledge; because of Darwin we know we are just another kind of living being, and the only difference betwen us and the other animals is our inteligence. Besides he helped to refuse the Catholic Church's ideas about the humans origin. His book "The Origin of Species" is for the human beings as important as "Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica" written by Newton.
