RIGOBERTA MENCHÚ was born in the village of Chimel, near San Miguel in Guatemala, in January of 1959. She was a member of one the largest twenty two ethnic groups in her country.
When she was ten years, she left home and she had no formal education. She worked on the land and she was learning how to read and write.
Rigaberta had a dream, she wanted to free her people from the injustice and explotation they suffered.
At the age of 20, she learn spanish because she wanted to speak about the oppression in the word, in 1993. Rigoberta Mencgú won the Nobel Peace Prize.
I agrre with the form of think the Rigoberta, in the actuality around the word, trere are explotation in the works, discrination for the sicial condition, and the racism.
The word, country or city need a changes in your sistem, but ghanges should begin for all the people, avoid all discrimitation, injustice .

Very good article!
I liked that you chose this character, and the article is a good short description, just take care with your grammar, for example, say learnt, not learn for the past.
Thanx
She was the first Aborigen to got a nobel price, she is a great example that "The power doesn't exist in the money the power is in our hands"
I LIKE YOUR ARTICLE VERY MUCH. I DIDN´T KNOW THIS PERSON, BUT I THINK HER JOB WAS ADMIRABLE. SHE FIGHT FOR A DREAM AND SHE GOT A BETTER LIFE FOR HER PEOPLE.
