BANGLADESH

Maybe you would be asking why i want to writte about bangladesh, but i have a big reason to do. First lets talk a little about this country.

It's ubicated next to Indian, most parts of Bangladesh are less than 12 meters above the sea level. Bangladesh has a rare weather, they have a hot summer, strong rains on winter. Bangladesh is a poor country and isn't a touristic country, malaria is too commun on Bangladesh, but there's one reason because i would like to visit Bangladesh, The Grameen Bank.

Grameen Bank is the best bank over the planet. Why? Because they were the first bank on the history to make micro credits to people who doesn't have enough money to live one day. Grameen Bank started with just 4 clients and just one office, but today Grameen Bank has ove 2.3 million members, these members are poor people who used to work just by day, maybe the next day they die because they didn't have enough money to eat. Grammen Bank started giving a credit for $0.25, can you imagine it? only $0.25 could help a woman to started to make bambus chairs. Grameen Bank right now has more than 1.700 offices on Bangladesh and they have another companies like, Grameen Phones, Grameen Education, etc. All these companies are made for poor people, cell phones to poor people, education for poor people. With Grameen Bank, Bangladesh has more than 5% annual growth.

Muhammad Yunus president of Grameen Bank was awarded with the Nobel Price, and there he said "World Banks are too confused, their concepts are wrong, a credit bank shouldn't be for a rich who wants to make more money, a credit bank should be for poor people that just want to live". Grameen Bank credits have a rate of 98% on devolutions, the 90% of Grameen Bank clients are women who take care of his families.
